Position Overview:
As a Truck Driver at RB Dynamic Dispatching, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods. We are seeking skilled and reliable drivers who are committed to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles to transport cargo to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any issues.

Owner Operator

Job Description:
As an Owner Operator with RB Dynamic Dispatching, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission of simplifying global freight forwarding and logistics. You’ll be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely, ensuring they reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition. This role allows for flexibility and autonomy, with the support of a growing logistics network.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain your own vehicle (trucks, vans, etc.) for transporting freight across local and national routes.
Follow all safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
Communicate directly with dispatch and provide updates on delivery statuses.
Ensure proper documentation and paperwork for each delivery.
Work collaboratively with our dispatch team to optimize routes and schedules.
Maintain excellent customer relations and represent the company professionally at all times.
Take responsibility for vehicle maintenance and ensuring it meets safety standards.
Requirements:
Must own and maintain a reliable commercial vehicle (van, truck, or freight vehicle).
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and clean driving record.
At least 2 years of experience as an Owner Operator or in a similar transportation role.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage business operations effectively.

Sales Representative

You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, building relationships, and promoting our comprehensive freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services. You’ll have the opportunity to work with businesses globally, helping them streamline their supply chains and discover innovative logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while acquiring new leads.
Present and sell RB Dynamic Dispatching's services to potential clients.
Understand clients’ logistics needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM software.
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in logistics regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.

You will work closely with Owner Operators, drivers, and clients to manage freight schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise during transit. Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will help keep our logistics system running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch freight loads to drivers and Owner Operators.
Monitor and track the progress of deliveries, making adjustments as needed.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, resolving any delays or obstacles.
Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status.
Maintain clear communication with customers, clients, and internal teams.
Manage and update logistics software with accurate shipment information.
Troubleshoot issues such as delays, route changes, or damaged goods.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to think quickly and make decisions in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with logistics software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office.
